Comparing the long-term clinical outcome of full contour monolithic zirconia (FCZ) implant supported restorations on two different design concepts.

The aim is to compare the clinical outcomes of full contour monolithic zirconia (FCZ) implant supported restorations with metal-ceramic restorations in terms of longevity, wear and its effects on the adjacent and antagonist teeth and to compare clinical efficacy, patient satisfaction, clinician satisfaction and laboratory time and ease of fabrication of the two delivery systems i.e. for Nobel FCZ-protocol (bone level) and Nobel-on-1 abutment (tissue level).
